HOW WE WORK
Our team moves swiftly to accommodate your schedule and the unique aspects of your project. We promptly assign a loss consultant to inspect the site and provide a detailed report. Following this, a loss consultant engages with both the adjuster and policyholder to arrange an on-site inspection and deliver an initial report. After our thorough inspection, the GC3 First Report is sent to the insurance adjuster to set reserves for the claim. Our team diligently works with adjusters to provide a seamless appraisal, without the need to use an umpire. Subsequently, GC3 performs an Xactimate estimate to develop an effective budget for reconstruction. We then carry out the rebuild based on the agreed figure with the policyholder.
