GC3 has led the way in Large Loss Consulting for commercial insurance carriers for three decades. We’ve built our reputation on delivering a consistent inspection, reporting and estimating product to expedite the claims process and jump start reconstruction.

HOW WE WORK

Within 30 minutes of an insurance carrier submitting a claim, GC3 will respond to investigate the details of the loss. Immediately afterwards a loss consultant will be assigned to dialogue with both the adjuster and policy holder to arrange an on-site inspection and deliver an initial report.

48 hours following our inspection, the GC3 First Report will be delivered to the insurance adjuster to set reserves for the claim. Immediately thereafter GC3 will perform an Xactimate estimate to render an effective budget to perform the reconstruction. GC3 will perform the rebuild based on the figure rendered and agreed to with the policyholder.

TIMELINE

Initial response to loss within 30 minutes
Assignment of loss consultant and confirmation of on-site inspection date (same day)
Delivery of first report (48 hours following onsite inspection)
Delivery of estimate to policyholder (2 weeks following delivery of first report)
